Shipping policy
At Stunning Bliss & Co., we strive to deliver your favorite ethnic wear in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Made-to-Order/Pre-orders: Specific outfits (such as customized lehengas or boutique suits) may require 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Please check the product description for specific timelines.
2. Shipping Charges
⦁ Domestic (India): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000. For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 will apply.
⦁ Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹60 is charged for all COD orders.
⦁ International: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
⦁ Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.
⦁ Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
⦁ International Shipping: 10–15 business days (subject to customs clearance).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and the name of our courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC). You can also track your order directly on our website under the ‘Track Order’ section.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
⦁ For India: All prices are inclusive of GST.
⦁ For International Orders: Any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery to the courier partner.
6. Important Notes
⦁ Incomplete Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
⦁ Package Tampering: If you receive a package that appears opened or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at info@thestunningbliss.com
⦁ Non-Delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional costs.
