Refund & Return Policy

At Stunning Bliss & Co, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our ethnic wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Exchange Period
⦁    Items must be returned or exchanged within 5-7 days from the date of delivery.
⦁    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:
⦁    Custom-stitched or made-to-order outfits.
⦁    Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.
⦁    Items with any stains on cloth (makeup, deodorant) or fragrance odors.

3. Process for Returns
⦁    Request: Email us at INFO@STUNNINGBLISS.COM to initiate a request.
⦁    Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on where to send your package after that within 3 days we dispetch.
⦁    Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds
⦁    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
⦁    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
⦁    Note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong size/design, please contact us immediately at info@thestunningbliss.com with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.

6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has moved to the processing or shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled
